I was born and raised in Houston, Texas but Austin, Texas is where I call home now. I share my home with my Shih Tzu, Penny Lane, and an endless supply of imagination and craft supplies. My works are the product of my creative inner child and my love for crafting.

I was born into a family of artisans. I find joy in sewing, calligraphy, stamping, scrapbooking, watercolors, and collecting. I create sewn art based on vintage patterns and nostalgic children’s craft books. My works are created using mostly felt, vintage fabrics, and my Grandmother’s button collection. I share my love of all things handmade here on my blog.

I recently contributed 2 projects to the Lark Publication, Pretty Little Pincushions. PLP is the fist in a series of wonderfully inspirational craft books. Pick them up at your nearest Barnes & Noble or at Amazon.com. I often stock my shop with crafty goodness that can be found in PLP.
